White Chocolate Reese's Inspired Protein Balls
so you can grow a bO*ty while enjoying a sweet treat
White chocolate- the highly debated sweet. You either love it or hate it and when my sugar craving kicks in, I LOVE IT….

I wanted these to be a little more yummy yummy than my normal protein balls so I dunked them in a thick layer of white chocolate.
Once I cracked the thick white chocolate coating that immediately started melting on my tongue, tasted the strong peanut butter flavor and felt the smooth texture it hit me…these taste just like white chocolate Reese’s!!!
The best part is they have 11 grams of protein EACH, win-win.
instead of yapping your ear off today, let’s just get into the recipe:
makes 8 protein balls
For the balls:
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 cup oats blended into flour (I used quick oats)
1/2 cup collagen peptides (or any protein powder of choice)
sprinkle of salt
For the topping:
I used naughty white chocolate almond bark that is just full of hydrogenated oils but YOLO.. tbh I would have rather used a good quality white chocolate but there was no need to spend money on new chocolate. I melted 4 squares of this bark with another tablespoon of coconut oil
(you don’t have to do that but I like to thin it out a touch)
Method
I start by mixing the dry ingredients first so the protein/collagen gets evenly distributed, then add in the rest of your ingredients and stir, stir, stir. If you are using a vegan protein, it will be way too dry for these ratios; you can add more coconut oil if needed.
Roll into 8 equal-sized balls and dunk in your white chocolate! Feel free to top these with sprinkles or anything your heart desires to make them cute! Place in the freezer or fridge until the chocolate hardens and enjoy:)

These are my new favorite post-workout treat or bedtime snack for an extra protein boost while curing my insatiable sweet tooth. Hope you make these and love them as much as I do…
love you lots & ta ta for now
